1. Return Request Deadline

  • All return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery (as verified by FedEx tracking records). Requests received after this period will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Returned Items

  • Eligibility:To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Returns are not possible for the following items:

          1、Products bought at a clearance sale discount

          2、Special custom orders, which you will be notified are non- returnable before placing your order.

  • Return Shipping: Since we are located in China, all products must be returned to our address there. You are responsible for all costs associated with this return shipping, including tracking, re-importation, and handling fees. We are unable to provide a return label.

  • Inspection: Upon return, your item will be inspected. We cannot accept a return if the item is damaged or has any problems that occurred during the return shipment.

3. Three‑Step Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service – Email us at info@s1carbon.com. we will respond within 1 business day.

  2. Receive Return Address – Once your return is approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging, and our team will provide you with the return shipping address.

  3. Send Tracking Information – After shipping, email the return tracking number to info@s1carbon.com, so we can monitor the delivery.

4. Inspection Upon Receipt

  • Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
  • If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us immediately. We are not responsible for damage or missing items reported more than 30 days after delivery.

5. Special Note for EU Customers (14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period)

  • If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The returned item must still meet the same condition requirements: original, unused condition with all tags attached.

6. Refund Processing

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card issuers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since our approval and you have not yet received the refund, please contact us.
